The Asia Research Institute of NUS invites applications for Asian graduate student fellowships from citizens of Asian countries. The fellowship is offered to graduate students doing their Master’s or PhD degrees and enrolled for a full time advanced degree at a university in an Asian country. Duration of fellowship is for a period of six (6) weeks and covers pro-rated monthly allowance, reimbursement for cost of training employment pass and visa fees, airfare, access to library and computer resources on campus and 3 working days of leave. Scholarship Description: The aim of the fellowship is to enable scholars to make full use of the wide range of resources held in the libraries of NUS and the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies. Scholars will be expected to commence on 16 May 2014 and to make a presentation on their work at a “Singapore Graduate Forum on Southeast Asian Studies” to be organized at the end of June 2014.
